Gut-Healing Gummies [Tropical Flavour]

These delicious little treats are easy to make and contain my favourite gut-healing ingredients: gelatin & glutamine. These gut-loving additions contain amino acids that helps to seal leaky gut and feed the good bacteria in your intestinal tract. 



Gently heat all of the ingredients in a small saucepan on the stove, stir well and warm until well incorporated then quickly fill gummy bear molds or a small glass container with the gummy mixture. Set in the fridge for 1 hour before tasting. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
