I'm currently enjoying a small piece of this energizing, balancing almond fudge everyday after dinner to keep my lady hormones happy and harmonious. 

Ingredients

Instructions

Easy! Simply melt coconut oil on low eat in a small saucepan with almond butter, cinnamon, maple syrup (or vanilla stevia) and salt. Stir frequently until melted and well incorporated, then pour into a loaf pan and keep in the freezer until you're ready to cut & serve.
