Gently heat your nut milk on the stove top with the grated ginger (or ginger tea bag if using) for 10 - 15 minutes to infuse the ginger flavour. Strain out the ginger and add the cinnamon, cacao, maca, sweetener of choice and cayenne. Blend all the ingredients in a high powered blender for 20 seconds or use an immersion frother to mix everything together.
