My Morning Matcha Latte
I've recently switched from coffee to a daily matcha-based latte. Matcha has less caffeine and more antioxidants than coffee and is a healthy and delicious way to start the day.
- Start by whisking matcha powder with boiling water until there are no remaining lumps.
- Warm almond milk on the stove until steaming and add collagen, coconut manna, cinnamon and your sweetener of choice and whisk vigorously until everything is dissolved.
- Optional: throw the whole thing into your blender and blend for 30 seconds if you love an extra frothy latte.
