Strawberry Coconut Luteal Balls

Snack on these delicious strawberry coconut balls from day 14 - 28 of your cycle to support optimal hormone production and elimination in your luteal phase.

Instructions

Place all of your ingredients into a food processor and mix until your ingredients become a thick paste and form a ball. If the mixture looks dry add additional coconut oil or honey as needed. Use a spoon to scoop out 1-inch large balls and roll them in coconut flakes or sesame seeds to finish. Set for 1 hour in the fridge and store in the fridge for 1 week, or freezer for 1 month.
