I’m Dr. Sarah, Naturopathic Doctor, wellness enthusiast and health-foodie. I’m a wellbeing advocate and green kitchen guru who is living my true purpose while guiding patients through their personal health journeys.
I’m a complete and utter health food fanatic who wants to see everyone benefit from eating healing foods. Healthy cooking and baking are my true passions, my ‘raison d’être,’ and I love sharing recipes that are as healthy as they are delicious. Inspired to share what I love I’ve created this professional blog to encourage you to start creating health in your own kitchen.
Thanks to Google and social media, we are bombarded with constant ‘noise’ about how to be healthy. It’s becoming more and more difficult to decipher what is true and who to trust to guide you on your personal health journey. Naturopathic doctors are your true holistic wellness experts (with 8+ years of post-secondary medical training), and I’ve started this blog in the hopes of becoming your trusted source for online health content.
It’s impossible to live a fulfilling and vibrant life when you are not feeling your best. Achieving true and lasting wellness comes down to a simple question: what do you want out of life and what are you willing to do to get it? You only have one shot at this life, and you can either live to your fullest and highest potential or stay the way you are now.
I am passionate about showing you that enjoying a healthy lifestyle can be easy and delicious. I’ve created this blog to share all that I’m learning with and from my patients so that you can benefit from their experiences. Please email me if you have any specific questions or topics that you’d like to see covered on my blog here.
In addition to sharing my wholesome recipes and doctor-approved health tips that you can trust, I also offer one-on-one patient counseling in my Naturopathic medical practice located downtown Oakville.
