        love seeing old school remedies from my health foo love seeing old school remedies from my health food store days trending on gen z social 〰️ chlorophyl is cool again & there's actually some evidence that support's its place in your natural medicine cabinet (no it's not going to cure your acne, but may be useful as part of a more comprehensive plan); 

-  studies show that chlorophyll can reduce the occurrence of cancerous tumors by forming bonds to carcinogenic chemicals called aflatoxins
- preliminary research shows positive effects protecting against liver, skin, stomach, + colon cancer
- 100mg 3x/day decreases aflatoxin damage to DNA by up to 55% (peanut butter is especially high in aflatoxin, so maybe a chlorophyl drink with your pb&j is a good idea)
- topical (!!!) chlorophyll has been shown to improve acne
- it's a promising treatment for seasonal allergies; works better than placebo & equal to pharmaceutical treatments 

fyi - chlorophyll moves around your body in small fat-based molecular groups called micelles so healthy fats can help your body process that chlorophyll supplement; our fav way to eat chlorophyll is in a green peppermint cocoa nibs smoothie with frozen avocado cubes or MTC oil to enhance absorption 🌱✔️
