        spicy vegan sweet potato soup, for cold people; wh spicy vegan sweet potato soup, for cold people; while I'm currently sunning my pale shoulders in a cafe in Mexico (may or may not be sipping on a grapefruit mimosa as I type this) most of you are still battling the cold in Ontario so I'll continue sending cold weather recipes your way until my return - recipe link in bio, stay warm my friends 🤍
        balls (my last recipe before I head to baja); made balls (my last recipe before I head to baja); made my follicular flax cookie dough into vegan macadamia nut white chocolate chip cookies, they good;

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/3 cup coconut oil melted
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbs vanilla bean paste
- 1/4 tsp flakey sea salt
- 1/4 cup vegan white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts 

just mix all of your ingredients together in a bowl until well mixed, roll into small balls & bake 350 for 12 minutes

& while I'm always banging on about women's hormones, men can also benefit from flax seeds! 1 study showed that 30 grams of flax seeds daily reduced PSA levels; a prostate cancer marker
