Grainless Peppermint brownies
Give up gluten & dairy – don’t give up brownies! These brownie bites are festive for the holidays and gluten-free + dairy-free so everyone at your holiday table can enjoy them. They also have a whopping 10g of fibre per serving and contain no refined sugars. Best enjoyed warm with a big glass of almond milk egg nog. Add all of the ingredients (except the chocolate chips and the crushed candy cane) to a high-powered blender or food processor and blend until your batter is smooth (1 - 5 minutes). Gently mix in the mini chocolate chips then pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with crushed candy cane bits then cool on the counter for 10 minutes before serving.
